Hello, Greetings to all from the team at Miller’s Custom Meats. A Little History of the Company Eli Miller (Bologna Eli) started the business in 1980 by building a small shop on the farm to do custom processing. Ben Raber took over operations in 1999 and continued custom processing Beef Hogs and deer. Our Family moved to the farm in 2018 and took over the operation in 2021. Shortly after we became a fully inspected plant so we can be your connection from farm to table.
Our mission as a company is to provide you with only HIGH QUALITY YOUNG BEEF AND HOGS, whether it is a whole
Beef or Hog (cut to your specs) or as Steaks, hamburgers,
or Sausage. We never use old Cows for Hamburgers or old Pigs for Sausage.
