We specialize in custom cut meats such as Beef, Hogs and Deer. We are an Amish owned and operated business that has more than 40 years of experience and are in our 3rd generation of family ownership for Miller’s Custom Meats LLC.
Miller’s Custom Meats has been providing the area of Millersburg for 40 years. Eli Miller started processing hogs in the basement of his house in 1979. In 1980 they built a small shop to continue processing hogs and beef and in the late 1980’s they started processing deer and making bologna.
I (Leon Raber) started working for the company in 2001 and as of January 2021 I became the 3rd generation owner of Miller’s Custom Meats LLC.
We went from packing beef and pork by hand to using a high quality vacuum seal for all steaks, bologna products and tube wrapped hamburger. We do this to better serve our customers.
We are excited to continue the service that Miller’s Custom Meats has provided for many more years to come.
